It's important that you get the support that is right for you. We'll discuss your current needs, I'll answer any questions you may have and we can decide if we are a good fit to work together.
During the course of therapy, we will discuss your current concerns, your personal history and other factors that are relevant to your treatment. We will also set goals, develop coping skills, identify/change negative patterns, and help you gain insight on your current situation.
Homework is used to help you maintain progress between sessions. It gives you the opportunity to practice the skills you learn, reflect on your experiences, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
